In this plan, the mandatory course REIS310 has been replaced with SOCI204. Students with good method background can possibly take SOCI601. The other courses from Lincoln University are examples and are free of election, but may vary from year to year.

Students without background in ecology or natural resource management can take ECOL302 instead of NATF100.
In this plan, the mandatory course IND220 has been replaced with INN271.

Students holding a bachelor degree in tourism do not have to take REIS200.

Students without background in ecology or natural resource management:
Choose minimum 10 credits in subjects with a natural science focus at level 100 or 200 among the following categories: BOT, ECOL, NATF, SKOG or ZOOL.

Choose at least one of the following courses:
